一、代理报关事宜如下：
※ 凡属国家允许进出口的任何产品均可代理，我司本着互惠互利、互相信任的原则，竭诚与贵厂（公司）合作。
※ 贵厂（公司）的货物将用本公司的单证资料以一般贸易形式在深圳和广州各口岸报关出境，不需要贵厂（公司）的手册、外汇，贵厂（公司）只需提供详细的出货资料即可。这样贵厂简便出口手续，从而节省费用，我司可多创出口量，互惠互利。
※ 货物报关前一天或以上，贵厂提供详细的出货资料（包括：出货时间、品名、品牌、规格、数量、净重、毛重、消费国别、口岸名称等），需商检的货物我司派人送样品商检、运输由贵厂（公司）自办或有我司代办均可，运费贵厂（公司）处理。
※ 在通关过程中，如因我司单证资料原因，或没按贵厂要求报关或违反规定报关，所造成的一切损失由我司负责，若因贵厂提供产品资料与出口货物不符而造成的查扣费，应由贵厂负责，我司可协助解决。
※ 代理费按品种、数量、经双方磋商后作决定，具体的情况欢迎来电咨询或面谈。
二、代理进口报关优势：
贵厂家（公司）需提供样版或产品说明书、装箱清单（品名、净重、毛重、箱数、个数、产品规格、型号、货值、用途、产地来源）。附：报关时税单上是否要体现第二收货单位。进口后客户是否要正本报关单和正本的税单，客户是否有其它要求，均可商议办理！
三、提供核销单，代收外汇，代收国外货款，取现灵活。
四、代理出口退税.一般贸易(提供棉布，棉纱).合同单证报关服务。
出口退税业务：
1、贵工厂/企业/公司是一般纳税人型的企业，每月有多余的进项增值税票（需在出口中有退税的产品），
可开到我司指定公司名誉下，我司可退回一定的票款给贵司，这样可为企业增加收入、提高利润，达到双赢的目的。
2、贵工厂/企业/公司是出口退税型或一般纳税人型的企业（如：纺织品，服装，电子产品，电器，鞋类，木家具，充电器，显示器，手机，布匹等等）有退税核销单，但出口产品不够。我司与深圳多家一手庄家报关行有很好的合作关系跟人脉关系，有大量的实货出口，产品众多，柜量充足。可按贵司的要求代理退税核销单的报关，出单安全，速度快速，为工厂、企业创造更大的利润。
1、属目的地国家或地区海关限制进口的物品，或需要收件人提供清关文件的物品，由收件公司提供文件协助办理清关。
2、目的地国家或地区的海关如对进口快件征收海关关税或其它海关杂项费用，以及收件公司为了清关而制作所需文件的费用，应全额由收件公司支付。
3、运费到付的快件不论到付金额多少，需要收取到付手续费。部分国家和地区的到付手续费按定额收取，到付手续费从代收的到付运费中扣除，快件代理在计算到付运费金额时应注意加上手续费。部分国家和地区的到付快件根据凯时达与代理的协议标准退款，到付退款中已扣除到付手续费。
4、香港派送件目的地为香港葵涌货柜码头或香港新国际机场的，除按《快件合作协议》规定的香港件价格收取运费和派送费外，还须加收特殊区域附加费。
5、香港件正常派送范围不包括离岛和新界围村，去往离岛及围村的快件将使用香港政府邮政系统投递或加收派送附加费安排专人派送。
6、香港件要求在非工作时间内（周一至周五上午9点-下午18点，周六上午9点-下午13点为工作时间，公共假期除外）派送，或限时派送，快件代理可事先与凯时达联系，确定航班、中港快件车以及收件人是否配合到，是否需支付以及支付多少派送费以外的加班费等，具体情况请向凯时达客户服务部咨询，咨询电话：0755-29987991，联系人：陈小姐。
7、对走DHL的国际快件的偏远地区派送费用，DHL按每公斤HKD3收取，最低收费为每票HKD150元，凯时达公司客户服务部会将需收取偏远地区清单传真给快递公司。
